Company Summary:
Interactive Advocacy is a performance-based social issue awareness training company. Serving multiple demographics, including the military and educational institutions, Interactive Advocacy presents provocative, interactive, and issues-based training on various social justice topics, both nationally and internationally.

Job Summary:
Edutainers perform monologues and scenes in both pre-recorded and live training presentations. Performance is interactive and includes scripted and improvised scenarios surrounding sexual assault, suicide, and other social justice topics. Roles include active and inactive bystanders, victims, survivors, perpetrators, and trained professionals.
A passport and additional languages are a plus. Travel required opportunities to travel domestically and internationally available.
Responsibilities:
Performers will be called for various performances nationally and internationally
10-20 hours of virtual rehearsal and 1-14 days on-the-ground rehearsal and performance per workshop.
Important note: Our workshops cover sensitive topics and are accompanied by trigger warnings. Please be aware audition materials may include references to sexual assault.

Compensation:
The rehearsal rate is $17/hour. Contract stipends for workshops vary–all positions are paid, including travel, per-diem, and accommodations.
