No Consent

CONSENT is freely given, knowledgeable and informed agreement obtained without the use offorce, duress, coercion, deception, fraud, concealment or artifice. Both parties should not be under the heavy influence of alcohol or drugs. If neither party can provide consent with a clear, willing mind, then the pursuit of and sexual activity is sexual assault.
