Welcome to the official sponsorship and volunteer portal for the social-impact film project "Unsilenced" (the "Film"), produced by Interactive Advocacy LLC ("we," "us," "our"). These Terms and Conditions govern your participation as a sponsor ("Sponsor," "you") or volunteer ("Volunteer," "you") and your use of this website.

By submitting a sponsorship contribution or a volunteer application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. General Use

This landing page is intended to provide information about the "Unsilenced" Film and to facilitate sponsorship contributions and volunteer applications. You agree to use this site for its intended purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

 

2. Intellectual Property Rights

​

All content, titles, logos, characters, and materials associated with the "Unsilenced" Film, including but not limited to the script, footage, marketing materials, and the name "Unsilenced," are the exclusive intellectual property of Interactive Advocacy LLC. No rights or licenses are granted to you except as expressly set forth in these Terms and a formal Sponsorship Agreement, if applicable.

3. Sponsor Obligations and Logo Usage

​

  • Logo and Brand Marks: As a Sponsor, you grant Interactive Advocacy LLC a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your company name, logo, and trademarks ("Sponsor Marks") solely for the purpose of fulfilling the agreed-upon sponsorship benefits.

  • Permitted Use: Sponsors may promote their official partnership with the "Unsilenced" Film. However, any use of the Film's name, logo, or related materials must be in accordance with brand guidelines provided by Interactive Advocacy LLC and requires our prior written approval.

  • Representation: Sponsors agree not to misrepresent their relationship with the Film or Interactive Advocacy LLC.

 

4. Volunteer Responsibilities

  • Confidentiality: Volunteers may be exposed to sensitive information related to the Film's production, content, and strategy. Volunteers agree to maintain strict confidentiality and not disclose any proprietary or non-public information to any third party without explicit written permission from Interactive Advocacy LLC.

  • Conduct: Volunteers are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully while representing the "Unsilenced" project.

  • No Compensation: Volunteer roles are unpaid. By applying, you acknowledge that you are offering your time and skills without expectation of financial compensation or employment.

 

5. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

  • For-Profit Status: Interactive Advocacy LLC is a for-profit social impact company. Contributions made through this site are considered sponsorship payments and are not tax-deductible as charitable donations.

  • No Guarantee of Success: While we are committed to completing and distributing the "Unsilenced" Film, we make no guarantees regarding the Film's final content, release date, commercial success, or the specific impact it will achieve.

  • Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Interactive Advocacy LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your participation as a Sponsor or Volunteer. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from this relationship is limited to the amount of the sponsorship fee you have paid, if any.

 

6. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

 

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state where Interactive Advocacy LLC is registered, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from this agreement shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution is not reached, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in that jurisdiction.

7. Modifications to Terms

Interactive Advocacy LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will indicate any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. Your continued engagement with the project after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
